What we collect
When you request a fee review or the Square starter option, we collect the details you enter (name, business, contact information, industry, state, card volume range, current processor and notes) and any statement you upload. We also collect basic usage information, such as the page you came from.
How we use it
- To prepare your review and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To share your statement and business details with the processing partner who prices your options.
- To deliver the marketing package if you qualify and choose to proceed.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the processing partner reviewing your account and the service providers that run this site and our email.
Your statement
Processing statements can include account and transaction details. We use yours only for your review, share it only with the processing partner who prices it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing rob@robpene.com.
